Leary & Wilson Builders, LLC, founded in 2004 by Doug Leary and Ben Wilson, specializes in all aspects of wood frame construction, including the erection of commercial and residential buildings, panel fabrication and finish work. The company's projects are located primarily in Chittenden, Franklin and Addison counties, but extend through Northern Vermont and New Hampshire's Upper Valley.

Recent framing projects completed by Leary & Wilson have included the historic reconstruction of the Ferrisburgh Grange Hall, Essex Senior Housing, Shelburne Vineyard, Gile Community Housing in New Hampshire, The Cascades and Keen's Crossing at Winooski Falls, which are a part of the continuing revitalization of the Winooski downtown. Leary & Wilson occasionally takes on projects outside of traditional framing, as they did with the siding at All Souls Interfaith Gathering.

Leary & Wilson work closely with area architects and engineers to streamline details of the building process, and we design our own jigs and spreaders to increase productivity on the jobsite.
