The Barlow Square project at Winooksi Falls includes four buildings of approximately 17,000 square feet. There are commercial units on the first floors of two of the buildings, and the remainder of each building is composed of aparments and lofts. Leary & Wilson Builders has managed to finish ahead of an already aggressive schedule, gaining time not only for the framing, but the overall project schedule. Below is an image of the tower, which was built on a lower deck, being lifted into place by crane.
