Leary & Wilson Properties; New Design Projects
Leary & Wilson Builders has recently created a properties company to augment its recent success in new residential and commercial framing projects. The properties company would handle the purchase of property (either existing buildings or land) for new construction, renovation, or conversion, and then the subsequent resale or rental of the properties. This presents the possibility of design/build projects for Leary & Wilson. Some preliminary drawings for possible sites can be viewed on the design pages.
Zen Center Website
The Zen Center, built by Leary and Wilson, has a website which can be accessed here.
Winooski Falls and Co-Housing Websites
Two of the sites at which Leary & Wilson have been framing now have websites with further information and additional photographs. The Barlow Square-Winooski Falls site can be accessed here, and the Burlington Co-Housing site can be accessed here.

Safety Seminars
Leary & Wilson has recently arranged several safety seminars for the crew, in addition to purchasing new, state-of-the-art fall safety equipment, such as turrets with retractable lifelines, harnesses and lanyards. A fall safety class was given by Rob Mullen to instruct our employees on the possible risks at work, and on the proper usage of the equipment. Read more about the class, and see photos from it here.
